About Me

Follow the yellow brick road….

My name is Lisa and I was born in Wichita, Kansas. Moved to Texas when I was little and acquired a liking to using the word ya’ll. Moved to South Florida as a preteen where I lost my southern twang and gained a teenage valley girl accent that would eventually come in handy for my move to California.

After graduating from Florida State University (Go Noles!) I moved to San Francisco, put my master’s degree to use working in the public relations field and met my future husband, Tom.

We traded views of water for views of the mountains and now live in Denver, CO. I’m still dabbling in PR, but my main role is as a stay-at-home mom to Hudson, Amelia and a goldendoodle named Dixie.
